How do I reset my password?+
Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Can I get a refund on credits?+
Unused top-up credits are non-refundable. However, if you experience a billing error or were charged incorrectly, email support@taxora.com within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review your case.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We never share your financial data with third parties. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with SOC 2-compliant data centres.
How do I report a bug?+
Email support@taxora.com with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and any screenshots. Include your browser and operating system if relevant. We triage bug reports within one business day.
